The Salon's instruments are calibrated against the C3POE catalog — 2,400+ professionally recorded spoken-word and audiobook pieces, paired with the listener-response logs gathered since 2021. The Verse Engine draws on a curated corpus of public-domain poetic forms; every output is composed in-browser, not retrieved. The Resonance Score is calibrated against the audiobook retention literature.
